For different product and bag sizes, different machine versions in compact hygienic design made of stainless steel are available, which can be individually adapted to the respective production conditions.
Robust and reliable
Clip machines of the Easy Clip Line® stand for simple, yet always reliable and robust operation. Paired with the tamper-evident clip closure, this ensures taut, airtight and hygienic packaging. The clip machines EZ 4500/600/700 are pneumatically operated. By inserting the bag plait into the slot of the clip guide, the bag plait is gathered and the clipping process is automatically triggered. At the same time, the tress is shortened with the integrated pneumatic knife - this function can be optionally suppressed.
Proven hygienic design and low maintenance
The design made of high-quality stainless steel and industrial plastic for easy cleaning ensures strict compliance with hygiene regulations. Few moving parts reduce wear and ensure low maintenance. The clip machines EZ 4500/600/700 of the Easy Clip Line® are also characterised by low air consumption.
Equipment options
The clip machines EZ 4500/600/700 are available in right-hand or left-hand versions as table-top and built-in versions. In order to be able to pack even liquid bag contents safely and airtight, they are also available as horizontal versions. For product and origin identification and batch tracing, each clip machine can be equipped with the optional EZ Tag-Feeder labelling system. The corresponding label is automatically attached to the bag in a tamper-proof manner using the clip closure. For effective pouch packaging of chickens, ducks, geese and poultry parts, the clip machines EZ 4500/600/700 can be combined with the poultry bagging machine MPL (excavator), the versions EZ 600/700 also with a vacuum system.
