Why clip with EZ 800?

The clipping machine EZ 800 of the Easy Clip Line® reliably closes bags and nets. It is primarily employed for the efficient packaging of turkeys and turkey parts in bags. Many other products, including paste-like materials, may also be securely packaged in bags by means of clip closure. The EZ 800 is particularly suited to the closing of large, high-strength bags.

Function and operation

  • The clipping machine EZ 800 operates pneumatically and is designed for the efficient packaging of large poultry. By inserting the tail into the slot of the clip guide, the tail is shirred and the clipping process is triggered automatically. In parallel, the bag tail is cut with the pneumatic knife. This function may alternatively be switched off by the cut-off valve.
