The nonmetal clip allows for an easy metal detection of the finished product. These plastic clips are available in different sizes and colours, and are furnished on spools.

Function and operation

  • The clipping machine EZ P 600 operates pneumatically.
  • By inserting the tail into the slot of the clip guide, the tail is shirred and the clipping process is triggered automatically. In parallel, the bag tail is cut with the pneumatic knife. Machines of the Easy Clip Line® can be adapted to suit each particular production condition. With the EZ Tag-Feeder labelling system a label can be provided with updated information during the packaging process and can be attached in a tamper-proof manner to the bag during clipping.
