Why work with FCHM?

The hanging unit FCHM with an FCA 100 combines four processes in a way which saves on manpower: clipping with simultaneous looping, hanging the loop and positioning (suspension) on the smoke stick. The combination offers high flexibility in production. Loop products are hung on the smoke stick without interruption. And with a few simple steps, the hanging unit is decoupled and the FCA can be used as a stand-alone machine for large calibres and long products.

The FCHM consists of the double-clipper FCA 100 and a hanging unit. The portion is closed with a clip and the loop is set at the same time. A special finger takes over the loop directly in the separator area of the FCA 100 and automatically hangs the product on the smoke stick. Due to the precise hanging, full use of the capacities for further thermal treatment is possible. This combination of hanging unit and FCA 100 offers high flexibility in production; the hanging unit is decoupled in just a few simple steps and the FCA is ready for stand-alone operation. If the FCA 100 remains in the identical position, the hanging unit can be repeatedly coupled in a few minutes and is ready for hanging operation without renewed adjustment.
