Excellence in Clipping: From manual clippers to automation solutions – the right solution for every industry

At the company’s exhibition stand, the clipping machine specialist will present visitors with a wide range of machines and packaging solutions across approximately 1,000 m². Whether it's snack-portion sausages for food service, cheese preparations for food retail, or chemical products for industrial applications – Poly-clip System offers solutions for a wide range of requirements. Large-format products such as sausage sticks, or voluminous packaging units can also be securely sealed with the powerful clipping machines. To support businesses in their growth, the portfolio encompasses diverse clipping machines across all performance classes – from manual solutions to semi-automatic systems to state-of-the-art fully automatic production lines.

Focus on Sustainability: "The packaging company with less packaging"

Resource-saving packaging solutions are central to the Poly-clip System. IFFA visitors can experience first-hand how meat and alternative protein products can be packaged securely and resource-efficiently using a variety of clipping machines. A 2019 study by the Fraunhofer Institute UMSICHT confirms the environmental benefits of the clip closure solutions, which can drastically reduce CO2 emissions compared to other packaging solutions[1]. This aligns with the objectives of the new EU Packaging Regulation PPWR.

IFFA Highlights: Digitalization, Automation, and Future Vision

The highlights of Poly-clip System's trade fair program will include the new smart clipping machines. They are equipped with intuitive, user-friendly touchscreens that make their operation even simpler and more efficient. Uniform control generation for all machines also optimizes spare parts availability. Three outstanding clipping machines will take center stage to represent the extensive product portfolio: the seal clip machine TSCA 120, the ICA, and the Quadruple Clipper FCA 160 XL, delivering customized solutions for various production requirements and volumes. Additionally, visitors will experience efficient automation solutions at various stations of the booth. These include a revolutionary development for automatic casing reloading, which minimizes manpower requirements for sausage clipping. Visitors to the booth can also experience the automated connection of various production steps via transport robots that communicate with the clipping machines. Furthermore, Poly-clip System will provide insight into its expanded digital services, which ensure even faster and more efficient service delivery. The Supermarket of the Future will introduce visitors to the exciting world of contemporary new packaging solutions.

New Company Management and Strategic Direction

Poly-clip System's IFFA presence will demonstrate how the company has sharpened its focus on innovation and sustainability under its new leadership since 2023.
