The special machine ICA XL, developed from the Iris Clipper, which has already proven itself on the market for many years, also works with the patented IRIS displacer. The ICA XL has been further optimised for use in the upper calibre range and, together with the enlarged displacer range, it seals XL sausages gently and reliably, even in spiced casings.
